Croft Winery of the Month Dinner.

Martinborough Wine Merchants and The Village Cafe, along with Croft Wines present the very first, brand new Winery of the Month Dinner Event. On arrival try Smoked Salmon Cushion and Swiss Cheese Tartlets paired with Croft 2013 Pinot Gris. For the entree, Oven Baked Monkfish finished with a lettuce and caper cream sauce with parsnip chips and your choice of either the Croft 2010 Oaked Chardonnay or the White Rock Bay 2014 Unoaked Chardonnay. For your main, a Trio of Duck served with red cabbage and jus and wild mushroom cream with a Croft 2010 Oaked Pinot Noir. Finish with a selection of Over the Moon cheeses with Croft pastes and Humble Oatcakes paired with Pirinoa Road 2014 Pinot Noir. Divinely tempting? We think so.
