Stonecutter Winery of the Month Dinner.

Our June dinner is our second dinner in conjunction with The Village Cafe, featuring Stonecutter Wines.
Begin with canapes on arrival, paired with Stonecutter 2013 Amber Fizz. Then enjoy three delicious courses beginning with an entree of seared scallops on cauliflower puree with avocado salad and orange miso dressing paired with a Stonecutter 2013 Pinot Gris. Next up is a main of rich, hearty, wild venison and pancetta with mushroom ragu and spatzle, complemented by the Stonecutter 2011 Pinot Noir. Finish off with a wonderful dessert consisting of a Tuscan rice tart with a winter fruit compote and cinnamon ice-cream and a glass of Stonecutter 2013 Amber dessert wine.
