Marjory and Edward Leung love Pinot Noir so much that in 1995 they bought eight acres of Martinborough land and intensely planted the site.
Their philosophy is minimal intervention, handcrafted, low cropped (about 1 to 1.5 tonnes/acre) vines that are meticulously maintained. The result is a wine that reflects the unique terroir of the single vineyard site; elegant, balanced but with underlying power and complexity.
