LWF Distillery is based on the family farm in the Taranaki. The process of making the spirits starts with the rain water collected from the property, which is filtered five times giving the spirit its delicious mouthfeel.
This clean white rum is created by fermenting Molasses from Bundaberg, Queensland Australia with a specialty yeast. The completed ferment is then transferred to the pot still for its first distillation.
This is a fresh rum, with clean flavour and just enough distinct back flavour, ‘rum funk’, to be enjoyed in any of your classic cocktails.
