Made in small batches from all natural sugarcane in our traditional 100% copper pot still. We age our rum in small oak barrels to impart our particular flavour profile. This makes our rum light and extremely smooth.
Smells like
Caramel, burnt toffee, vanilla, butterscotch and light oak.

Smooth, natural with a hint of sweetness shining through.
