Wycroft combines its unique micro-climate, old world winemaking traditions and new world expertise.

The top Dijon clones are close-planted on low fruiting wires in the intensive Burgundian manner. Low cropping levels ensures only premium fruit is harvested. The vines are hand-tended under the guidance of leading viticulturist Nick Hoskins. The challenge of managing such a sensitive grape variety in cool climate conditions is rewarded by wines with an intense bouquet and long, lingering flavours.
