A distinctive off dry Riesling with citrus and stone fruit aromas emulating the Martinborough terrior. Full stone fruit flavours on the palate with a hint of residual sugar to finish. The wine has been created as an off-dry style (8.8 g/L sugar) with good acid/ph balance to be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany a meal of fish, chicken or Asian flavours.
The wine should be enjoyed now and is best served at between 8-12 degrees. Will cellar successfully for up to 5 years.
