100% Pinot Noir from our Te Muna Road vineyard has given us our third Methode Champenoise release.
Left on skins for a mere two hours then barrel fermented in old oak and aged on lees for a further 21 months prior to triage. A very delicate perfect blush coloured sparkling Pinot Rose has resulted.
