This Pinot Noir is grown in a tiny Martinborough vineyard on vines more than 25 years old. Hand harvested in mid-April 2019, it was 10% whole-bunch, wild fermented with minimal additions and then gently aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels. It displays complex fruit and oak aromas with a palate of rich black cherries and welcoming tannins. Please consider decanting prior to drinking.
