The Elder Pinot Gris 2014

Bright pale straw colour with youthful green hues. The nose is soft and full with integrated aromas of yellow stonefruits and honeysuckle. This has depth, with a lifted note. Medium-dry to taste, this is soft and full on palate, quite open and accessible, broadly mouthfilling, with some richness. The wine follows a fine-textured phenolic line with underlying acidity lending freshness and enhancing the aromatic expression. This is drinking well, and is approachable now. - Raymond Chan
