A 2022 Orange Pinot Gris with a difference.  This complex and elegant wine has been crafted  using traditional methods, natural yeast fermentation in open top barriques, gentle hand plunging and aged on lees in a six year old French cigar barrel.  No additions, no fining and no filtration.  And what a difference it makes.
