60/40 Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot . the combined small parcels were co-fermented to produce this wine showing boysenberries and blackcurrant melding with cigar box, the structured tannin of the Cabernet are balanced out by the Merlot giving this wine the finesse that whist it is approachable in it's youth it will age gracefully with cellaring.
