the concentrated bunches were hand harvested during the cool of Autumn mornings, left as wholebunches over night to maximise the extracted flavours. gently pressed over an extended period and cold settled has resulted in a wine that has ripe Apricots and peach with orange zest om the nose, caramelised Pineapple, honey and grapefruit on the palate.
