B.wine Pinot Noir – Lime Hill Vineyard 2020

Aromatic and full, growing intensity, savoury nuances of black cherries with a hint of red plums and blackberries, entwined with earthy notes, spice and aromatic herbs. Medium-full bodied, the palate has an overall savoury tone, aromas of black fruit interweave mint, dark herbs, almost medicinal, Amaro nuanced; along with puncheon spices and earth. The mouthfeel is chalky with silky tannin grip, supported by integrated acidity, persist along a savoury line to a very long, sustained finish. This is a savoury and aromatic Pinot Noir with purity and concentration on a silky tannin mouthfeel.
