Mokomoko Pinot Gris 2022

2022 was an interesting year in the vineyard, the perfect summer was interrupted by an unusually wet February that challenged growers around the region.  This Pinot Gris comes with the aspiration to share with you the best of the vintage, with a lovely hand-crafted wine from Wendy Potts, renowned Wairarapa winemaker. 

Harvested early April 2022, bottled late September 2022.
Colour:  light straw colouring with a soft green hue,
Aroma: classic nashi pears and citrus flowers,
Palate: rich and soft start, with hint of sweetness which brings balance to the finish.
Alcohol: 13.0% Alcohol/vol
Residual sugar: 6.59 gram/litre
