Extended Maceration Gin "Juniperus" is available on our website now!
For six months, we macerated hand-foraged, wild-grown, Macedonian juniper in neutral spirit. We then distilled that macerate with additional juniper and a dash of New Zealand-grown orris root.
This gin is a showcase of what juniper can deliver, with lifted pine resin and fresh citrus leaping out of the glass. Bright floral notes and earthy undertones add complexity. A real juniper lovers gin!
