A premium fully handcrafted Pinot Noir produced from the very low-yielding 2019 vintage led to a winemaker’s selection of just 4 barrels that fully reflects the terroir of our home vineyard.
Sustainably-grown, handpicked fruit with partial wild-yeast use has produced a very intense, deeply coloured wine with a rich and powerful palate with dark morello cherry and berryfruit flavours, leading to a smooth and well-balanced long finish with typical savoury complexity and spicy oak notes.
Aged in 25% new French Allier oak barriques for 11 months, this handcrafted and barrel selected wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to seven years. Savour with game, duck, pork and lamb dishes.
