The Haskap berry, also known as the honeyberry, is an edible blue honeysuckle and isnative to the northern hemisphere. Haskaps are oval-rectangular in shape and have aunique flavour profile. This limited release gin liqueur has been crafted by naturally infusing Haskap berries,grown near Taihape, in our New Zealand Garden Gin. This is then rested in an oak barrel(ex-pinot) before being balanced with raw sugar. This gin liqueur expresses savoury nuances, underpinned by fresh rose petals and redberries. Bright and juicy on the palate with a lingering finish and an exotic flavour profile. As this is a natural product, sediment may occur and colour may change.
