A delicious wine with classic aromas and flavours of pear and apple, for this example there is also flavours of Nashi (asian pear) and white fleshed nectarine. Dry on the palate with a lengthy leaner more mineral finish. On the finish a light citrus taste adds length to the palate accentuated by acidity and a natural mineral seam. A touch of white spice and lees residue adds additional texture and mouthfeel. While drinking well now, will cellar well for three to four years.
