Dr Beak is based in Martinborough and our gin is small-batch distilled.

With environmentalism at the core, they aim to give back while producing premium quality gin, so you can feel good with every sip. A portion of profits is gifted to organisations who help protect our precious biodiversity.

By using botanicals grown here in New Zealand, this helps us to keep our footprint small, and of course, supports the locals. Currently, all but one of the botanicals are grown here in NZ. giving them traceability of all ingredients straight to your glass.
