The grapes for our Noble wines are picked at the end of the Harvest season, when they have some botrytis on the skins, resulting in a concentrated juice. The grapes are pressed and fermented in small stainless steel tanks until the juice is ready to be bottled.
This Noble Gewürztraminer is a light orange/apricot hue with a bouquet of orange and rose petals. Sweet orange marmalade with a hint of spice on the palate.
