Dovetail has risen from a desire to express their single site intimately and in a unique way. Always a blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah that resides on their home vineyard. The intention is create a wine of real character and delicious balance that most closely defines what Cambridge Road stands for. Freedom of expression and a celebration of senses. 2011 was their first Dovetail to date. The vintage delivered a fresh lithe frame structured on lovely clear acid with a more obvious dark cherry and botanic streak. Still in its youth.
