Produced with fruit from the Home vineyard, this Sauvignon Blanc is a customer favourite. This new Sauvignon Blanc is a result of a great summer with the fruit ripened nicely before picking, producing that ‘North Island’ style with layers of fresh tropical fruit and minerality. This is a zesty well balanced wine with enough acidity to pair with shellfish and lobster or the favourite fish and chips!
