Our Viognier from a small parcel in our Gladstone Block vineyard, has been hand harvested, gentle pressed and fermented at cooler temperatures to preserve the aromatic characters and has been aged on fine yeast lees until bottling.

 Aromatic on the nose with hints of apricot, jasmine, lime zest and spice. The palate has apricot and mild spice flavours with a creamy texture and dry finish.
Food match suggestion:  Spicy Asian pork belly, lightly spiced dishes, turkey and roasted root vegetables.
Alcohol: 12.5%
