100% Pinot Noir. Scents of fresh red cherry, sweet strawberry, red melon and red apple skin. There’s a mineral layer adding complexity and intrigue. On the palate - a silky texture precedes flavours of red berry and cherry flavours, contrasted by a crispness and refreshing acidity. Balanced and well made with fine tannins and lovely mouthfeel.
