Johner's top Pinot Noir vinted from their oldest vines and hand selected bunches. Fermented and aged in 100% new oak barriques we believe the fruit in this wine has all the power to sustain the oak. This is totally seductive on the nose displaying dark cherry, game, clove, truffle and cedar characters, which lead to a concentrated and powerfully expressed palate that is both intense and elegant at the same time. The wine is multi-layered and silky, and offers waves of attractive flavours, backed by plenty of polished tannins.
