Big Sky Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Old vines.  Gnarly and knotted trunks, fatter than my arm.  Deep deep roots.  We prune hard, crop low, and don’t irrigate.  We barrel ferment, with judicious batonnage.  The result is a richly textured Sauvignon, smacking of lemongrass and lime zest, and ripe tropical fruit, flinty minerality and lively acidity.
