Que Sera is a deep, bright blood red colour (and not the deep purple/almost black of Australian Shiraz). Apart from the standard peppery character, vocab offered by their panel included new leather, dark berry fruit/plum, chocolate and treacle. Take your pick. In short, this is a great toasty, tasty, testy, tipsy wine, with a lovely firm finish and just enough tartness.
A very pretty wine with lifted aromas of nettles passionfruit, tropical fruit and citrus flower notes. Mingling with subtle flinty mineral characters, and flavours of gooseberry and melon, this wine express the Gladstone terroir. It is a crisp refreshing wine which evolves into a generous fruit-filled mouthful balanced with elegant citrus-like acidity.
