This premium Gin is crafted in Martinborough in a 200 litre copper still, in the classic ‘distilled dry gin’ tradition. Made with pure Rimutaka Mountain Range Spring Water, hand-zested NZ grown navel oranges, Yen Ben lemons and hints of native botanicals, including leaves of the peppery native Kawakawa plant.
The double distillation process results in a softer, more refined, and more approachable spirit. This distinctive and complex gin is smooth and fresh and combines herbal, citrus, and spicy characteristics, with a subtle delicacy.
Each batch has its own subtle flavour, which may best be appreciated in a dry martini, a refreshingly flavoursome G&T, or on the rocks.
