This charming little Chardonnay exhibits a forward buttery note form its Malolactic fermentation. Very gentle oak fermentation and maturation allows the fruit concentration to play and equal part in its expression. Would play happily with a chicken and pasta salad or a delicately prepared fillet of snapper.
