Roots Gin - Elemental Distillers

Roots Dry Gin is made predominantly from New Zealand grown and hand sourced botanicals which includes; Gisborne grapefruit, foraged wild Kawakawa fruit and handpicked gorse flower, Motueka hops, Hawkes Bay grown coriander seed, plus Macedonian Juniper berries. 

Elemental Distillers works closely with independent farmers, foragers, and cooperatives to ensure only the finest quality botanicals from those who know and grow them best.

Distilled in a 200L copper still, Roots Gin has a Juniper forward palate followed by fresh grapefruit and hop zest balanced against a highly aromatic kawakawa and gorse nose. The finish is long and clean with a slightly silky mouthfeel and lingering coriander seed note. Bottled at a bold 45% alcohol volume.
