Zesty citrus and starfruit nose with some lychee, pineapple and gooseberry aromas. Then basil, mint and fresh thyme. Medium bodied with some grapefruit and exotic fruit on the palate. Showing nice fruit-sweetness, very elegant, leading to a lively long-lasting finish. Cool spring and summer resulting in a slow ripening of the grapes. The harvest started three weeks later than most years, yet beautiful sunshine during April ensured perfect ripening conditions.
