Sei Cento Pinot Noir 2018

Cellared pre-release, there are only 600 numbered bottles of this limited edition, hand-crafted wine available. Notable for its typical fragrant aroma (sometimes described as floral) which is backed up with very ripe flavours of dark cherries and blackberries.

The 2018 vintage is especially rich thanks to perfectly ripe fruit which is beautifully complimented with warm earthy flavours that make you dream of mushrooms and truffles. It’s a match made in (Martinborough) heaven with a roaring winter fire and a ragout of venison, duck, or rabbit.
