Small bunches of perfectly ripe Pinot Gris grapes were hand picked from Te Muna Valley on 13th April 2025. The whole bunches were fermented skins, stems and all in a 200 litre drum. after fermentation the wine was then pressed off skins and allowed to settle naturally for several months prior to racking and bottling on 21 November 2025.
Wine WitchThis wine is unfined and unfiltered. Minimal sulphites were added. Vegan friendly.
