COLOUR: Pale straw.
BOUQUET: Lemongrass, lime blossom, and pineapple.
PALATE: Lime zest sorbet, passionfruit and apple, with flinty minerality and lively acidity. Great length and a lingering finish.
FOOD MATCH: Great as an aperitif, with herby salads, and fresh seafood.
