Chilled Reds are light-bodied, low in tannin and higher in acidity. This combination suits a cooler serving temperature, which presents the lower tannin as soft and supple, high acid as refreshing and lively. The (typically) lower alcohol content creates a refreshing balance.

These wines are wonderfully versatile, and pair well with a wide variety of foods. 

Perfect for when you feel like a refreshing glass of Red wine but don't quite feel like having a White.
