Dublin St is a family-run vineyard and winery located on Dublin Street in Martinborough wine village, New Zealand. Martinborough is renowned for producing world-class Pinot Noir.
During years spent working in offices in Sydney, Ross and Eva dreamed of returning to the land and growing food. Upon trying a bottle of Martinborough Pinot Noir, they found their calling. When an established
vineyard and winery on the south side of town became available, Dublin St became a reality.
Their days are now dedicated to growing and producing exceptional-quality single vineyard Martinborough Pinot Noir with provenance. From tending the vines, to hand-picking the fruit, to handcrafting the wine in
small batch ferments - all viticulture and winemaking is carried out by Ross and Eva on-site.
The wine is sustainably grown and made, using low-intervention techniques both in the vineyard and winery. In an increasingly mechanised industry, Dublin St retains traditional methods.
At Dublin St the provenance of every bottle is guaranteed. Our wines are an authentic expression of the site and showcase the distinctive qualities of Martinborough Pinot Noir.
