Winemaker Martin Bell has spent 20 years in Research and Development for different products within the wine industry. Rather than rely on scientific equipment to make his life easier, he has preferred to use the natural ability of the vine, the yeast, and the environment to add to and amplify his wines, adjusting wine styles to suit the modern palate with minimal intervention as possible.
