Southward Distilling's ethos is all about sharing great stories over great drinks. The small-batch distillery, based on Cuba Street, Wellington, produces a popular range of gins and spirits with daring flavour profiles.
"As a distillery, we want to make bold spirits that encourage people to drink and share and tell their stories. As we grow, we also want people to get hands on with us and design their own gins, whether it be at a bar, at an event, or as an individual," says owner Frankie Mcphail.
